- Ulthiran mobs have a small chance to cast Unmortal Sacrifice, which targets a random PC in combat with it and does a large amount of damage. If you see an Ulthiran casting this, quickly interrupt it or break LoS. As a last ditch effort, you can also attempt to mitigate it.

Backstab them. Avoid turning your back to them.
