Paladin Ability List



Cures

Bullet.png Cures remove Diseases, Poisons and Curses from a target.

Defensive

PAL golden strike icon.png Golden Strike 1-30 Self 15 Wrath, 2 Reckoning 3m Instant (20s cooldown) 3 secs You consolidate celestial light into your weapon as you strike, dealing Divine damage and making you invulnerable to all damage for 3 seconds. You will regenerate 8% of your Max Health every second during this time.
40px Lightguard Self ??? Wrath You imbue your shield with celestial light, increasing your chance to Block for a short time. If using a two-handed weapon, this ability will increase your chance to Parry. While Lightguard is active, your Blocks and Parries will stun the attacking enemy.

40px Edict of Celestial Force [1] Single A sacred word of power that pushes an enemy backwards a short distance.
40px Edict of Celestial Might [1] Single A sacred word of power that pulls an enemy to your location.
40px Evensong Self An ancient hymn that empowers the Paladin, amplifying the next ability they use:
  • Glory and Honor: The healing is applied to you as well.
  • Miraculous Shimmer: Heals the group member for X% of their missing health.
  • Atone: Resurrected allies will have more of their health and mana restored.
  • Arcing Light: Jumps to all group members before fading.
  • Living Light: Damages all enemies within X meters of you.
40px Knight’s Persuasion Single ??? Wrath You leverage your charismatic presence to persuade a target Humanoid to lay down their arms for the sake of peace. If successful, immediately ends combat and makes target Humanoid friendly towards you for a limited time. The higher your Charisma, the more likely a successful persuasion will occur. If successful, restores the Wrath used and generates 1 Reckoning Point.


Healing

Direct Heal

Bullet.png Direct Healing abilities restore Health to a target immediately.

Group & AoE

Bullet.png Group and AOE Healing abilities target the Caster and their whole Party (Group), or heal in a specified area (AoE). These can be direct heals or heal over time.

Self Healing

Hymns

Bullet.png Hymns are effects that, once activated, will persist until you cancel them or choose a different Hymn.

Passive Abilities

Bullet.png These abilities do not need to be activated to provide their effect. They are equipped to the Utility Hotbar.

40px Lightful Avenger 1-50 In combat against an Undead enemy, your attacks will do additional Divine damage and have a higher chance to critically hit, your Wrath gains from abilities will be increased by X%, your Wrath gains from damage inflicted by Undead will be increased by X%, Undead who strike you in combat will take Divine damage and your critical melee strikes will generate Reckoning Points.

In addition, while in the Lightful Avenger state, all damage you receive from Undead enemies will be reduced by X% before your normal mitigation is counted. The amount of damage reduced by Lightful Avenger will be converted to health and spread evenly through the group as healing. This effect cannot occur more than once per second.

40px Sense Undeath 1-50 When Undeath is nearby, flames of celestial light will begin to flicker around the Paladin.
40px Venger's Vow 1-50 You cannot be stunned by Undead enemies.


Melee Abilities

Bullet.png Melee abilities typically have a short range and may also require that a certain type of item be equipped to use them (E.G a shield).

40px Hallowed Assault Single ??? Wrath, 1 Reckoning Paladins can evolve their Chastening Strike ability into Hallowed Assault, allowing them to strip the Marks of High Mortals from their enemies.
PAL lance of the lightful icon.png Lance of the Lightful 1-30 Single 10 Wrath 26m 1.2s (20s cooldown) Instant STR (25%) / WIS (50%) A sudden bolt of celestial light that impales your enemy before dissipating. This ability has a high chance to stun enemies that are f‌leeing.
PAL pommel and cross icon.png Pommel and Cross [1] 1-50 Single, Frontal AoE Strike an enemy with the pommel of your weapon, dealing Physical damage with a chance to stun. Then follow with a cleave that deals Physical damage to nearby enemies in front of you.


Taunt

Bullet.png Taunt abilities center around grabbing and maintaining the attention (Agro/Aggro) of a hostile creature.

PAL incite icon.png Incite [1] 1-50 Single Incite an enemy to anger, causing them to focus their attention on you for a short time.
40px Miraculous Shimmer Single You leave a shining image of yourself behind to detain an enemy while you move with miraculous speed to a location near the group member with the lowest health. The length of time your image will detain an enemy in combat will increase based on your Wisdom and Charisma. (Uses Wrath)
PAL wrathful aegis icon.png Wrathful Aegis [1] 1-50 AoE Radiate celestial flames that burn all enemies around you. This ability generates bonus Hate every second on all affected enemies.


Resurrection

Bullet.png Resurrect (Rez/Res) abilities are used on dead players to bring them back to life. These may restore a portion of the experience lost on death and typically cause Resurrection Sickness.
