Enchanter Spell List


Beneficial (Buffs)

Bullet.png Buffs are any spell that enhance a player or creature's attributes and capabilities.


Illusion

Bullet.png Illusions spells change the appearance of their target, in addition to providing other benefits.

40px Squee’s Mimicry[1] 1-50 Self You cast an illusion, taking on the likeness of a random object in the environment within X meters of you. This illusion is quite effective and will fool most NPCs who see you, causing them to ignore you.


Non-Stat Buff

Bullet.png Non-Stat Buffs enhance a target's non-statistic attributes, such as attack speed, movement speed, critical chance, etc.

ENC illusion graft quickness icon.png Illusion Graft: Quickness 1-18 Single 10 Mana 26m 2s (3s cooldown) Graft an Illusion into your ally's mind, filling them with urgency and increasing their Attack Speed by 8%.
ENC illusion graft acuity icon.png Illusion Graft: Rapid Mind[1] 1-50 Graft an illusion of urgency into an ally’s mind, increasing their spell haste.
ENC illusion graft quickness icon.png Illusion Graft: Veracity 1-18 Single 14 Mana 26m 2s (3s cooldown) Graft an Illusion into your ally's mind, filling them with urgency and increasing their Attack Speed by 12%.
40px Malison's Lucid Dream 1-50 (Single Target) You empower your ally's imagination, causing their abilities to have no resource cost for the duration. When you cast this ability on your ally, it will automatically apply Malison's Lucid Nightmare to your Offensive target. Epic Ability. Cannot be cast on yourself.
ENC sight of sage icon.png Sight of Sages 4 Single 8 Mana 26m 3s (4s cooldown) 24 minutes Grants the ability to see the invisible for 24 minutes.
ENC enshire's faint whisper icon.png Whisper of Tysire[1] 1-50 Group Flood your group with the whispers of Tysire, increasing the rate of mana regeneration.

Crowd Control (CC)

Bullet.png Crowd Control (CC) refers to a variety of spells whose aim is to limit an enemy's ability to participate in a fight. There are two primary forms of CC: loss of control, and positional control. Charm and Mesmerize are examples of loss of control, while Roots are an example of positional control.


Charm

Bullet.png Charm spells turn an NPC into a pet until the duration expires.

You attempt to infiltrate your target’s mind, allowing you to take control of them for X duration. The chance of a successful Charm and the length of time the Charm will last can be improve based on your Intelligence, Constitution and Charisma.
40px Dire Charm 1-50 Single Enchanters can evolve their Charm ability into Dire Charm, which is harder for your target to resist and has an innate chance of permanently charming your target. This chance will stack with Mental Terraformer. Permanent charm will break when you die or zone. Epic Ability.


Mesmerize (Mes/Mez)

Bullet.png Mesmerize spells (Mez/Mes) incapacitate a target, causing them to stop attacking and remain still until either the duration expires, or the target takes damage. Note: Some damaging spells can be used on mesmerized targets without breaking the effect, and this is noted where it occurs.

40px Foolish Fire 1-50 Single You create a wisp of enchanted light that darts and dances around your target, Mesmerizing them. After X seconds the wisp will begin traveling aimlessly around the area with your target following. Target will remain Mesmerized until the effect ends. You may end this effect at any time. Any damage to the target will break the effect.
40px Hold the Mind 1-30 Single 10 Mana 26m 2s (2s cooldown) 16 seconds Mesmerize your target. Any damage to the affected target will break the effect.

Damage

Direct Damage (Nuke)

Bullet.png Direct Damage ability/spells (Nukes) are those whose primary function is to inflict a burst of damage. These abilities/spells can--and often do--have additional effects.

Bullet.png Damage Over Time abilities/spells (DoTs) apply a damaging effect to the target, which applies multiple times over the duration.

40px Illusion Graft: Harm 1-50 Single You graft an illusion into your enemy’s mind, overwhelming them with the sense of being harmed. Your target will be inflicted with Magic damage over time. Damage caused by this ability doesn't break Mez.
ENC cranial pressure icon.png Malison's Crushing Grip 1-18 Single 22 Mana 26m 2s (12s cooldown) 12 seconds CHA 20% / CON 20% / INT 50% Applies intense pressure to your target's brain, causing Magic damage over 12 seconds. While active, your enemy's Magic Resistance will decrease (-2) every 3 seconds.


Detrimental (Debuffs)

Bullet.png Detrimental spells (debuffs) are any spell that weakens the recipient, making it harder for them to fight. Note: Generally, debuffs of the same type do not stack. There are some exceptions, which are noted when they occur.


Non-Stat Debuff

Bullet.png Non-Stat Debuffs decrease a target's non-statistic attributes, such as attack speed, armor class, critical chance, etc.

ENC illusion graft fatigue icon.png Illusion Graft: Fatigue 1-30 Single 12 Mana 26m 2s (4s cooldown) 2 minutes Grafts an illusion of exhaustion into your enemy’s mind. For 2 min, this ability will reduce their:
  • Attack Speed (-8%)
  • Casting Speed (-10%)
40px Malison's Lucid Nightmare 1-50 Single You take control of your enemy’s reality, causing all of their attacks and abilities to have no effect. This ability shares the same duration as Malison’s Lucid Dream. If this target is not killed while Malison's Lucid Nightmare is active, all resources your Defensive target has spent during its duration will be retroactively lost. Additionally, the collective damage done to this target while the effect was active will be discharged in full at a random member of your group Epic Ability


Silence

Bullet.png Silence spells are a form of debuff that prevent their target from Casting.

40px Shock and Awe[1] 1-50 Single Confuse your target with bizarre imaginings, causing them to attack the nearest enemy for a short time.
40px Thought Thief 1-50 Single You infiltrate the short-term memory of your target and completely erase their Hate list.


Pacify

Bullet.png Pacify spells reduce the agro radius of the target, thereby also reducing their assist radius.

40px Inside Voice 1-50 The longer your target has been under the effects of your Mesmerizing abilities, the less likely they will be to resist your Charm abilities.
40px Lyrith’s Embellishment 1-50 Your skill with physical enchantment and illusions has made you adept in the art of persuasion. Your buy prices will be decreased and your sell prices will be increased with most vendors.
40px Mental Terraformer 1-50 Your Charm spells now have a small innate chance to permanently Charm your target. Permanent Charm will break when you die or zone. Epic Skill
40px Runeskin[1] 1-50 Causes you to naturally absorb X% of incoming damage. Once that amount of damage has been absorbed, Runeskin will fade for Y duration before passively reactivating at full effect. Runeskin’s damage absorption capacity will slowly replenish over time when not taking damage.


Stun

Bullet.png Stun spells briefly stop creatures from moving or attacking as well as interrupt spell casting.
